Eden Foord - Administrator/Retreat Director After teaching college communication courses for six years, I pursued a masters in Theology and full time ministry. For the past nine years I have been working in campus ministry. My ministry has centered around retreat work at Jesuit universities. I oversee the operation of the Mount Tabor Center and direct retreats for youth and all ages. I also maintain the Mount Tabor website and spend time promoting Mount Tabor in the community. I enjoy creating new retreats and helping people experience God in powerful ways.
Katherine Foord - Retreat Minister I have worked as a youth minister in parishes in the Archdioceses of Indianapolis and Omaha. I enjoy working with youth of all ages and feel blessed to be part of Mount Tabor's rich history. I plan and direct retreats for youth and help with other programs hosted by Mount Tabor. Getting to know the teens and adult leaders that come to Mount Tabor is really fun for me. Watching young people experience the love of God on retreat is what it's all about!
Carrie Aimers - Retreat Minister While attending UW Green Bay I developed a passion for ministry. Upon graduation I had my degree in Elementary Education and a certificate in Youth Ministry. I have continued in my quest to seek knowledge as I am now at St. Norbert College working on my Masters in Theology. I feel blessed by the opportunity to be working at Mount Tabor Center as one of the retreat ministers. Being able to help plan and implement retreats for youth of all ages is a perfect fit. Helping young people to experience God on a new level is the most rewarding aspect to me.
Karly Pennings- Retreat Minister I have a degree in Child Development and am currently in the Commissioned Ministry Program through Silver Lake College. I have been doing retreats for children and youth on a parish level for 9 years. I have a passion for teaching kids and developing their relationship with Christ. Working at Mount Tabor gives me the opportunity to go beyond just my parish walls and to share my passion and help strengthen the faith of our youth. I continue to look forward to touching the lives of the many students Mount Tabor reaches every day.
Theresa Collier - Volunteer Coordinator/Hospitality I'm the voice on the phone, who schedules your retreats. What I enjoy most is the quiet, peaceful feeling you get when you enter our Mount Tabor Center. You seem to know that God is present here and ready to help you.
Laura Erickson - Admin/Development Coordinator Working in the business office at Mount Tabor Center is more than just a job, it is also a spiritual journey. My work is faith centered and provides professional as well as personal satisfaction. I am passionate about what is happening here at Mount Tabor, witnessing God's presence in our daily lives.
