Hope

Nothing is impossible for God! This is one of my favorite lines from the Gospel of Luke. It reminds me that no matter where I am in my life, there is hope because God can do anything. As the new school year gets underway, we have many hopes. We want it to be a year filled with good relationships, growth, learning, and successes. It can also be for us a time of hope for our spiritual life and relationship with God. Remember, God sees all, knows all, and understands us better than we know ourselves. When we realize that God loves us completely and that He wants us to be happy…when we understand that God has the power to accomplish anything He wishes, we also know that we can go to God with our struggles and challenges.
In turning to God this year, let us remember that God is our hope. With God, nothing is impossible!
